I appreciated best possible and stunning location of this hotel.
The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was spacious and extraordinary with a newly renovated bathroom. Location: the hotel was near Modica, next to Duomo di Sant Giorgio, and the most important attraction of Modica-Duomo of San Giorgio.

Nested in an ancient town, this traditional home, turned, hotel feels like visiting an Italian family. the room and en, suite bathroom are spacious and offer a personal touch with original family furniture. the charming hosts are welcoming and provide helpful tips. Enjoy a stunning panoramic view from the balcony.
The lack of an information folder in the room might be inconvenient for some guests.

The spacious room and private bathroom were great and the antique furniture and painted ceilings were charming. The location was key, being situated in the upper part of the city near the cathedral which made for a unique experience. Additionally, the breakfast bar offered a nice surprise with local products and a beautiful view.
The overall experience was marred by a few negative points. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired and the strong smell of frankincense was overwhelming. Secondly, the balcony mentioned in other reviews was shared between rooms, which meant limited access. Finally, the owner seemed disinterested in our stay, which made us feel unwelcome.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the city and easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impressive. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was a great start to each day.
Nothing that I didn't like.

We spent Christmas at this charming townhouse, and it was a truly exceptional experience. the antique furniture and frescoed ceilings created a cozy, homely atmosphere, and the friendly owner made us feel welcome right away. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the town from our balcony, and just a short walk away from the local cathedral. the freshly made croissants and local products served for breakfast were definitely a highlight for us.
We really can't think of anything we didn't like. Maybe the fact that we had to leave and go back to reality.
